Took an introduction to scuba diving today Frocked up or rather down in a bikini and wetsuit. No hiding anything in that frock.
When I first joined ww a friend of mine (who had tremendous success a few years back and now successfully maintains) warned me to remember to be kind to myself. She said that it was important to remember that it would take my head a long time to catch up with my body. She was right and occasionally this catches me out, I end up in the changing rooms with a bunch if stuff to try that's all too big. Today I bought a size small top, and not from a 'plus size' shop. Yehah!
