Width versus weight

I've been struggling lately, finding it hard to shift the weight. I kind of assumed it was a combo deal between stress and more of my calories each day being processed less wholesome foods than usual.

I was having a little sulk about it to my mr. Man who (bless him) wouldn't believe me that my weight had been exactly the same 3 weeks running.

He convinced me that perhaps it was time to take my measurements again as something was happening.

I thought my measurements would be up - as I'd noticed some muscle that appeared in Asia had vanished gradually on my return to work and my exercise hasn't been what it should be over the last 3 weeks. Certainly nothing I consider muscle building to compensate.

Everything was down with the exception of 1 measurement which was the same. So success really.

I went shopping with Mary over the weekend and found an amazing leather jacket I couldn't justify buying, so it's now on lay-by - a reward to be collected once it's been earned and my initial weight goal gets reached. This now needs to be in the next 6 weeks as this is how long the lay-by will last. 1.9 kg, 6 weeks. Mission on.
