25 Point Pity Party

This week after my partner was hospitalized on Tuesday I made a conscious decision to comfort eat on Tuesday night - weight loss be damned... I starting thinking about what I was going to eat on the way home.

I got home at 11.30 pm and sat down to a meal of baked beans on toast with grated cheese and chased it with a row of chocolate. Before I started this meal I had no daily pp left and about 8 weekly.

So I had my 25 point pity party and trotted off bed. Woke up the next morning and tracked it before food amnesia set in - first time ever I've tracked into the negatives - the rest of the week I tried to stick to my dailies (lets be honest a few more minus weekly points slipped in) but put a focus and healthy and filling foods.

So today is weigh in, and where I think things get interesting... I lost weight.

BODY WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!

For the last 3 weeks I have dutifully tracked every morsel, stayed within my point budget and my weight has been the same. This week I ate an extra days worth of food and ta-da -500 grams.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I just don't get it.
So back to tracking and staying strong and on points and lets hope the scales keep moving.
