Lately I've been struggling and letting myself lose my way and find the trusty Chocolate and Cookies, which really haven't been that good of friends to me and my weight loss journey.
To prove to myself that I have power over the "Chockies" - I am setting myself a challenge of no chocolate and no cookies for 8 weeks - starting today!
As part of my challenge I want to make sure I get to the gym at least 4 times a week, and I'm hoping blogging is going to help keep me accountable to this.
So watch this space over the next few months :)
