I've read a few blogs lately and been somewhat awed by the honesty and the fact they were willing to put it out there regarding how far their journy has come.
Today Mary and I decided we were going to "rejoin" weight watchers, approach eating this week as if it was our first week on the plan all over again. We don't know the pp values of anything. We are in awe of this awesome amount of weekly pp there that we "can" eat - but probably won't because it is week one, it is fresh and we are motivated! (I must admit that over the past month I have struggled with the idea that eating all my weekly points is what has halted my weight loss, and yet been unable to not do it anyway.)
So here we go.
Since the beginning I have lost:
21 cm of bust,
6 cm under my bust,
10 cm off my waist,
18 cm off my hips,
9 cm off my thighs and
6 cm off my arm
with a total of 16.8kg.
Since joining the gym despite my weight staying within 1.5 kg of where I started I have lost 2cm off my bust, 4cm off my wait, 4cm off my hips and 2cm off my arms so something, somewhere is going ok.
Now for the fun bit - goals I am working towards:
67kgs (1.4kg away)
Milestone: This is the lightest I have ever been (achieved at the age of 18 after being approx 80kg for the ages of 15, 16 + 17).
65.2kg (3.2kg away)
Milestone: 20 kgs gone. (or 80 family size blocks of chocolate.)
64kg (4.4kg away)
Milestone: Im hoping this is roughly where I can get into the next size down pants. Also its a pleasing round number.
